Advocate is a lawyer mainly specialized in Banking, Company, property, labour and industrial law, Trademarks, Patent & Design, Civil and Criminal litigation etc. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council on 10.05.1992. He was permitted to practise in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh since 28.01.1995. He is former Senior Associate of M/S. Huq & Company headed by Barrister Rafique-ul Huq since 1994-2001. He has 15 years of experience in the above-mentioned areas of practice. She obtained her LL.B (Hons.) & LL.M degree from Northern University. She has been enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2010. She was permitted to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh since 2013. She was also called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn in 2015. She is specialized in Banking, Company, Copyright, Patent & Trademark law, Family law, Insurance law, Property, Civil and Criminal litigation etc.
He obtained his LL.B (Hons.) degree from Stamford University. He obtained his LL.M degree from Northern University. He has been enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2009. He was permitted to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh since 2015. He is specialized in Arbitration, Banking, Company, Copyright, Patent & Trademark law, Environmental law, Family law, Insurance law, Property, Civil and Criminal litigation etc.
He obtained his LL.B (Hons.) degree from University of London. He obtained his LL.M in International Commercial Law and Post Graduate Diploma (Bar Professional Training Course) with ‘Very Competent’ from Cardiff University, UK. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn in 2013. He has been enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2016. He was permitted to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh since 2019. He is specialized in Admiralty, Arbitration, Banking, Constitutional law, Company & Commercial law, Foreign Investments, Civil and Criminal litigation etc.
He obtained his LL.B (Hons.) & LL.M degree from World University of Bangladesh (WUB). He also obtained BSS degree from National University of Bangladesh. He has been enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council in 2018.He was permitted to practice in High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh Since 2022. He is specialized in Arbitration, Banking, Company, Civil and Criminal litigation, Environmental law, Family law, Land law, Labour and Industrial law etc.
